What are the delivery charges for the UK?

If you live in the UK delivery is Free on absolutely everything if you spend over £50 with our Super Saver service - otherwise we have a small charge of just £2.50 for orders under £50.

We have three delivery methods for UK customers, 'Super Saver', 'Recorded Delivery' and 'Express Delivery'. You can choose which one you would like on the final page of checkout.

We aim to despatch all orders we receive by 2pm the same working day BUT Express and Recorded Delivery orders get priority.

Super Saver is just £2.50 or FREE if you spend over £50 and orders are despatched via Royal Mail First Class Post. Average delivery times are 3 - 4 days but please allow up to 12 days to be on the safe side. This is an untracked service. Recorded Delivery gives extra reliability and costs just £3.95 per order. It's also with Royal Mail (First Class) BUT GENERALLY MUCH QUICKER, plus you can check the package delivery details. Express Delivery is via a next working day courier, normally Parcelforce and costs just £5.95 per order. This is a fully tracked service.

Delivery times may vary in the run up to Xmas or in periods of heavy snow.

PLEASE NOTE: Express Delivery is a next 'working' day service. A working day is Monday - Friday and doesn't include weekends or bank holidays. Orders for next working day delivery will need to be made before 2.00pm. Orders placed on a Thursday after 2pm will be despatched on a Friday and will be delivered on a Monday (unless there is a Bank Holiday when they will be delivered the day after the Bank Holiday). Please also note that Express delivery to the Highands and Islands including the Channel Islands and BFPO addresses will be via Royal Mail Special Delivery and may take slightly longer.

What are the delivery charges for Europe?

Delivery is via Royal Mail Airsure and we only delivery to countries in the Airsure Zone:

Republic of Ireland, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

The cost is £11.95 per order. Average delivery times are 2 days for Western Europe and 4 days for Eastern Europe but please allow at least 6-8 working days to be on the safe side. This is a tracked delivery service.

Do you deliver outside Europe and what does it cost?

Delivery is via Royal Mail Airsure and we only delivery to countries in the Airsure Zone:

USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and New Zealand.

The cost is £15.95. Average delivery times are 6 days but please allow at least 10-12 working days to be on the safe side. This is a tracked delivery service.
