BACKORDERS
If a product shows up as a backorder during checkout it will be a regular order item which is currently out of stock. This item will be available for despatch within one week or less. If an item is going to take longer than one week we will contact you with delivery details and give you the option to cancel and obtain a full refund. In general we remove items from the stock list unless they are regular order items; we like our website to accurately reflect the items we have available in our store.
UK SPEEDY DESPATCH £1.95 or £3.95
We have two postage rates £1.95 for orders under £30 and £3.95 for orders over £30. For both services we provide SPEEDY DESPATCH with 1 -2 day delivery AND WE NORMALLY DESPATCH YOUR ORDER WITHIN 24 HOURS if we receive your order before 12 noon, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 12 noon on a Friday and over the weekend will be despatched on a Monday. This is a one off cost per order, so no matter how many items you purchase we only charge the one rate. All items in stock are despatched by Royal Mail 1st Class. Orders over £30 will be despatched by a recorded delivery service and a signature will be required on delivery. We need your home address to process payment but we are happy to delivery to a different address such as your work address and you can fill in this option at checkout. You must also provided a contact phone number just in case we need to talk to you about your order. (We never pass on any details to a third party and we never use phone numbers for our own marketing). Next Day Delivery £10
Guaranteed next day delivery for people in a VERY BIG hurry. In general we need to receive the order by 12 noon to guarantee next day delivery. However if it's later in the day just give us a call on 01668 283300 and we will let you know what we can achieve. Sometimes we work miracles! Orders received on a Friday may get there on Saturday but will generally arrive on Monday. (or Tuesday if there is a Bank Holiday).

Overseas Orders - Eire £8
Orders generally take 6-8 days.For most packages we use the signed for Royal Mail Airmail service. Prices are inclusive of UK VAT @ 17.5%. If you order goods heavier than 2kg (such as yoga mats, bulky packs or a very large order) we may need to charge extra for postage. We will contact you to let you know the actual postage cost and the extra amount we need to charge to your card and get your agreement to proceed with the order.
Overseas Orders - Europe £10
European orders generally take 6 to 10 days depending on the country. For most packages we use the signed for Royal Mail Airmail service. Prices are inclusive of UK VAT @ 17.5%. VAT will be deducted for Non EEC countries during checkout.
Overseas Orders - USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand- £15
USA orders generally take 6 to 10 days. For other countries allow slightly longer. For most packages we use the signed for Royal Mail Airmail service. UK VAT (current rate 17.5%) will be deducted from your order at checkout when you select your country of residence. Be aware however that you may have to pay import duty &/or VAT when importing goods into your own country.
Overseas Orders - The Rest of the World
Please email us at info@gearforgirls.co.uk for postage charges stating your order requirements and which country goods should be delivered to. We will let know whether we are able to delivery to your country of residence and quote you a price for delivery before you proceed with your online order.
Bulky or heavy orders
We charge special rates for some bulky or heavy orders. These rates should show up next to the item details. Please contact us on 01668 283300 if you have any queries. These special rates apply to UK delivery only. Please contact us if you are based overseas.
