We want you to be fully satisfied with any and every order placed with us. If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or a refund.
To return items to us, please send them back to us with a note stating your name and order number and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange (and what size/colour you'd like). We send out a returns form with the order to help you.

We strongly advise that you return items using a recorded delivery service with extra insurance for high value items.
To return a non-faulty product, it must be in its original condition with the original labels attached. Once a product has been worn outside or used we will be unable to refund or exchange unless the item is found by the manufacturer to have a fault.
Please note that we cannot refund or exchange undergarments such as briefs and panties due to health & hygiene regulations.
Washed or dry-cleaned items cannot be returned.
For sale items, we will refund or exchange them for items of the same value.
Faulty items must be returned in a clean and dry state for health and safety reasons.
