We want you to be fully satisfied with any and every order placed with us. If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or a refund.
Ordering a Xmas present? Need to be able to exchange/return order after Xmas. No problem! If your order is placed before the end of November you can still return your item for an exchange/credit up to 7th January 2012. If your order is placed in December you can return your item up to 7th January for an exchange/credit or a refund.
If you have an account with us, the simplest way to go about returning your item is to login to your account, find the relevant order and submit a returns request. This way you will be kept fully informed of the status of your return at each stage of the process and you will be able to reserve any exchange requests. Alternatively, if you haven't got an account, just follow the steps below:
Goods must be returned unused in its original condition with all the original labels attached.
To return items to us, please send them back to us with the completed returns form stating your name and order number and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange (and what size/colour you'd like). The returns form can be printed off by clicking here:
If you can't print the returns form just send back a copy or your order with details of your requirements such as exchange or refund. We really just need your name and preferable your order number to be able to deal quickly with your request.

We strongly advise that you return items using a recorded delivery service with extra insurance for high value items. We cannot be responsible for refunding goods we never receive.
To return a non-faulty product, it must be in its original condition with the original labels attached. Once a product has been worn outside or used we will be unable to refund or exchange unless the item is found by the manufacturer to have a fault.
Please note that we cannot refund or exchange undergarments such as briefs and panties due to health & hygiene regulations.
Washed or dry-cleaned items cannot be returned.
Faulty items must be returned in a clean and dry state for health and safety reasons.
