Problems with your delivery
There are several ways we despatch goods for delivery in the UK, so if your parcel has not arrived yet or if there are any problems, the information listed below for each service should help. On your despatch email we will have specified which way we sent your parcel.
Royal Mail - Super Saver Delivery
With Royal Mail, although the vast majority of our post goes through in 1 - 2 days, there are occassional delays. Most missing items generally appear in 2 - 3 working days, but sometimes it can take up to 12 working days for items to arrive. We do not track orders sent via our Super Saver delivery service.
If your order has gone missing, please wait until 12 working days after despatch before contacting us here at gearforgirls. It may also be worth trying your local sorting office to see if your goods have been left there, and if the delivery card has been misplaced or is missing at your address. We really feel for you when your order goes missing but we can't do anything about it with Royal Mail until those 12 days have passed. If your parcel still hasn't arrived after 12 days or for any other problem (damaged package, wrong item etc) please get int touch - either email us or give us a call on 01668 283300
Royal Mail - Recorded Delivery
If you selected the recorded delivery service, when your item is despatched, we will send you a recorded reference number. You can check your parcels despatch and delivery details here on the Royal Mail website http://track.royalmail.com/portal/rm/track. If there are any problems please check to see where your order is. The website will tell you if the parcel has been despatched or if it's been delivered. Most parcels will be delivered in 1 - 2 days but occasionally it can take a little longer. Please allow 5 working days before assuming your order is missing.
If your order has not arrived and it's marked as delivered, please check with your neighbours first. If it is still missing or for any other problem such as delayed or damaged package, please get in touch by email or call us on 01668 283300.
Parcelforce - Express Delivery
All items sent in the UK via Express delivery plus all items over £150 in value are sent via Parcelforce.
If your order has not arrived on time ( the next working day if ordered before 2pm) or if there are any other problems, please get in touch by email or give us a call on 01668 283300.
Delivery Overseas
Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the parcel to be delivered before getting in touch with us. We use the Royal Mail Airsure service for greater efficiency and reliability. If you are still concerned please contact us and we will chase up where you parcel has got to.
