How to Order

Placing your first order with us is quick and easy. If you know the brand or specific item you require just enter it in the search box. You can also search for a brand via our brand page on our header tab.

If you don't know exactly what you're looking for just enter a more general term in our search box or browse through the categories on the left hand side of our page.

Once you have found want you want just select the options you need - such as size, colour and quantity and click 'add to cart'. The shopping cart will open and you can either order straight away or continue shopping and adding items to your cart. When you are ready to complete your purchase click 'proceed to checkout' and you will be able to select your shipping options and complete your purchase. 

We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure sagepay gateway or you can choose our one-click paypal checkout.

If you prefer we take credit and debit card payments over the phone but these days the most secure option is to place your order online.

What if I change my mind after placing the order?

Get in touch with us straightaway. If the order hasn't been processed we can cancel and refund you straightaway. If the order is already on its way to you, just need to send it straight back to us for a refund. It's best to get in touch as soon as possible.

I have a coupon code - where can I use it?

If the code is up-to-date and still valid you can enter it in the left hand coupon box in the shopping cart area.

How do I get in touch with you?

Just use the contact form here or fill in the contact us tab at the bottom of the page. Both methods will send us an email straight to our main customer services email address and we'll be able to email you back. We normally email back the same day unless it's a Sunday or we're really busy but it's often the best way to get in touch with us. if you're panicking about a mistake on your order by all means call us on +44 (0)1668 283300

What if an item is faulty or I just don't like it?

We're always happy to refund or exchange an item if it's returned in good time and we work hard to keep our customers happy in the rare and unfortunate event of an item being faulty. Take a look at our returns section for details of return periods and how to go about sending an item back to us. Please get in touch with us with any concerns. Under EU legislation we're obliged to provide the link to the EU Online Dispute Resolution website but it's quicker, easier and way better to get in touch with us to resolve any issues. Where's my parcel?

There are several ways we despatch goods for delivery in the UK, so if your parcel has not arrived yet or if there are any problems, the information listed below for each service should help. On your despatch email we will have specified which way we sent your parcel.

UK Express Tracked

This is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Although the vast majority of our post goes through in 1 - 2 working days, there are occasional delays. Most missing items generally appear in 2 - 3 working days, but sometimes it can a little longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 2 working days please get in touch and we will check your parcel's progress. The best way to get in touch is to email us with your order number using the contact us tab. We will check with Royal Mail on your behalf and let you know where the parcel is. In the run up to Xmas this tracked service can take a little longer but we will keep you informed of progress.

UK Guaranteed Next Day

If your order has not arrived on time ( the next working day if ordered before 2pm) or if there are any other problems, please get in touch using the contact us tab or give us a call on 01668283300

International Deliveries

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the parcel to be delivered before getting in touch with us. We use the Royal Mail Airsure service for greater efficiency and reliability. If you are still concerned please contact us and we will chase up where you parcel has got to.
