21 Day Easy Returns - Free Exchanges

We want you to love every order placed with us. If not, you may return it to us in perfect condition within 21 days of receipt of the order for an exchange or a refund. We do not charge any extra postage for sending out an exchange.

Items must be returned unused in its original condition with all the original labels attached and shoes in the original and unmarked box and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

How to return an item

To return an item to us, please send it back to with details of your name and address and your order number and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange (and what size/colour you'd like). Use the returns form provided.

Please put your order number on the outside of the package.

You'll need to pay the postage costs to return your parcel. We recommend that you obtain sufficient postal insurance in case your item goes missing on its way back to us. A suggested service is Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class. Make sure you keep your proof of postage. If it's a very large return we suggest you use myHermes.

But please note: If returning faulty goods you need to notify us in advance.

To return a non-faulty product, it must be in its original condition with the original labels attached. Once a product has been worn outside or used we will be unable to refund or exchange unless the item is found by the manufacturer to have a fault. You need to return the item at your own expense.

What do we mean by Original Condition?

To return an item or items to us, under our Zero Hassle Returns policy, the items must be as new, in the condition they were sent to you. Items must have:

  • The original labels and tags attached to the goods

  • Boxes and packaging as supplied by the manufacturer. This is especially important for shoe and boot boxes, which must be unmarked.

  • The plastic bag they arrived in, complete with the stock label.

  • All parts & instruction leaflets.

Items must not:

  • Have been worn outdoors.

  • Be covered in pet hairs.

  • Be dirty, soiled or wet.

  • Be marked, damaged or scratched.

  • have been washed or dry-cleaned.

Please note that we cannot refund or exchange undergarments such as briefs and panties for health & hygiene reasons.

Returning damaged, defective or incorrect items

We want to give you the best service. But, very occasionally, things will go wrong. If you receive an item that’s damaged, or defective, please contact us. You must obtain proof of posting when you return the item to us.  Goods can be returned to us to be inspected and we will replace or refund as appropriate. If you elect to receive a replacement item we will dispatch the replacement free of any delivery charge.

In the event of us sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the original item to us within 14 days. We regrettably have to charge for any replacement if we don't receive the original item back within the 14 day time period.

Please note: used faulty items must be cleaned/washed before returning them to us for health & safety reasons or we will be forced to return them to you.

If you find a fault with anything that you buy from us within one year of purchase due to defective workmanship or materials, we will either replace, repair or refund you (choice at our discretion). 

Just get in touch with us and we will sort it out. There are no miracle products and hard used outdoor kit will suffer from wear and tear, but if a product is defective we will make sure you're not left high and dry without your favourite kit.
